Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist the Senior Project Manager and other IPM leads in coordinating and managing all aspects of the CHEM project.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, including planning, quality, risks, and data management.
  • Support monthly reporting for the client and government.
  • Learn and master various tools alongside experts (MS Project, P6, RISMAN matrix…).
  • Contribute to the BIM process in collaboration with the BIM manager and experts.
  • Help develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Conduct research and analyses to provide valuable insights to the project team.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with team members and clients.

 

What We Are Looking For in a Project Manager:

 

  • Motivation to take on this challenge.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Proven experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work on-site in Luxembourg at least 50% of the time.
  • Fluency in German.
